Focus, Find it, Fix it, Forgive it
Focus – Decide what pain or issue you want to change.
Find it – Through muscle testing you can quickly identify the stored memory including the exact age this emotional scarring occurred.
Fix it – Once you have identified the exact memory, there are many ways to change the body’s response to that memory. Tapping is one of the most widely used tools to do this and is used in EPT™ Self-Help. In EPT™ Core Training, we change the body’s response with brief placement of magnets along with simple body and breath work.
